Milk for Cheese Making in Mudgee #2

We spoke to the people at the ‘Mudgee Corner Store‘ today – they have an interest in cheesemaking themselves and are thus sympathetic to my needs 🙂 They stock the ‘Little Big Dairy Co‘ milk already and are more then happy for us to order milk through them for cheesemaking. Hurray! Cheese making is back on!
